Otherkin are fucking idiots. If you're "really" a wolf, or a bird, or a dragon? Come on. Hunt in a pack. Fly away. Breathe fire. Can't? Then SHOVE IT, because I'm tired of people mistaking furries for you fucktards. I don't care if I offended you, I'm tired of it.  I don't care if you do it in an "character avatar" way (I do so; I don't HONESTLY believe I'm an animal in a human's body, but I like to represent myself with an... animal-thing-of-ambiguous-species.) But the minute you start spouting anything akin to "fuck you, I'm a dragon", you can go fuck yourselves. Stamp made by me. But their spiritual connections have really nothing to do with their physicalness. They are not wolves or whatever, they're people. but there is no way to tell the form of a soul.
...that all sounds way more cheesy than it should. But communicating is not my strong point.
I'm a therian, m'self, so I may just be getting hit "close to home" but wouldn't it be more sensible ot attack the idiots who don't know the diffrence between a furry, a therian, and an otherkin?

I stand by the idea that what people perceive as "mind", "spirit", or "soul" is more correctly referred to as "brain"-- not a supernatural force but the consciousness; if the body is human and the brain is functional as that of a human, then the so-called "soul" is human as well.
Of course, I don't mean to invalidate others, because of course, to each their own. My personal opinion is my personal opinion. :3

It was strange, I came across a therain who's explanation wasn't reincarnation, or any thing magical, but the routing of brain cells in accordince to things we watch. Intresting.
